Dear Sir or Madam,
On behalf of NGO AKTIV, it is our pleasure to invite you to a panel discussion on the topic of Digital Transparency in Kosovo-Serb Majority Municipalities, to be held on Tuesday, the 16th of May, from 11:00 at the Hotel Ulpiana in Gračanica.
This discussion will gather relevant experts, as well as representatives of central-government institutions, in order to address topics covered by a policy brief published by NGO AKTIV, which carefully examines the digital presence and transparency of Kosovo-Serb majority municipalities. As this issue is closely related to the question of access to information and citizen participation in local decision-making processes, AKTIV hopes that this event will making a substantive contribution to public debate on these and other similar questions.
We especially invite local activists, researchers and prominent community members to join us, because in an increasingly digitized world, access to online information and services is playing an ever-increasing role in the everyday lives of citizens.
