NGO Aktiv announces a call for the engagement of consultants in two areas: gender equality and environmental audit. This is a short-term consultancy engagement aimed at strengthening the organization’s internal capacities for the period 2025–2028.
The place of engagement is North Mitrovica, with the possibility of remote work, and the deadline for applications is May 5, 2026.
In the field of gender equality, the focus is on assessing existing internal practices, identifying gaps, and defining concrete measures for integrating a gender perspective into the organization’s work. Within the environmental audit, the task includes analyzing resource consumption, identifying inefficiencies, and developing an action plan to improve sustainability for the period 2026–2028.
Engaged consultants are expected to provide concise, clearly structured, and actionable recommendations tailored to the organization’s size and operational model.
Applications are open to individuals or teams, for one or both areas, with the possibility of separate or joint contracting depending on qualifications.
