The OSCE Mission in Kosovo and the Civil Society Organization (CSO) Aktiv are pleased to invite you to the event “Mitrovica Social Club: Debate on Youth Civic Activism”. The debate will be held on Friday, November 10, at the Civic Energy Center, Kralja Petra I Street, 183a, North Mitrovica, starting at 4:00 p.m.
The OSCE mission in Kosovo, in close cooperation with the CSO “Aktiv”, organizes a debate on the civic activism of young people, within the Mitrovica Social Club.
Mitrovica Social Club is a platform for open discussion in the north of Kosovo, which was established in 2014. Over the years, the program has built a well-known image, audience and reputation in the local community, giving it the potential to facilitate constructive discussions among citizens on topics of interest and concern. As such, the Mitrovica Social Club is the right place where the voices, needs and concerns of young people can be heard.
The activity is designed as an interactive debate for young people, where concerns and problems will be discussed, experience will be shared and solutions will be proposed for the active participation of young people in public life, as well as for cooperation and coordination between youth actors.
