We are pleased to extend an invitation for the upcoming conference where NGO Aktiv and partners organizations Matthias Bel Institute, Institute for Modern Development, z.s. and Republikon Foundation will present findings of our Comparative analysis of the Legal and Political Mechanisms for Decision-Making Engagement of Non-Majority communities in Kosovo, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Hungary. The conference is organized as part of the project “Enhancing Minority Participation in Decision-Making Processes Through Policy Work and Exchange” and it will take place on 13 March 2024 at Hotel Sirius, in Pristina, starting at 11:00hrs. Also, the conference will be broadcasted on ZOOM (link will be provided).
The conference will serve as a platform to showcase the outcomes of our comprehensive analysis conducted across Kosovo, Slovakia, Hungary, and the Czech Republic. Through meticulous research and comparative examination, we thrived to explore strategies for enhancing minority inclusion, examine the effectiveness of existing mechanisms, and identify avenues for collaborative action.
The guest speakers on our conference will be:
Miodrag Milicevic (NGO AKTIV)
Dr Svetluša Surová (The Matthias Bel Institute)
Michal Vit (The Institute for Modern Development)
TBS (Republikon Foundation)
We look forward to your participation.
The project is co-financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea through Visegrad Grants from International Visegrad Fund. The mission of the fund is to advance ideas for sustainable regional cooperation in Central Europe.
