Announcement: Reporting issues with accessing paid wages

NGO Aktiv informs the public that two telephone lines have been opened for reporting issues with payments and deposits in dinars for citizens residing in Kosovo. In this way, we aim to document the problems citizens face in accessing earned wages, using dinar payment cards, pension checks, social allowances, levels of awareness, as well as the extent to which competent institutions have been able to respond to citizens’ needs, including potential consequences on the economy in predominantly Serbian communities across Kosovo.

During working hours from 8 am to 4 pm, an NVO Aktiv officer will be available to record all reports. After 4 pm and before 8 am, you can send an SMS to notify us. We encourage citizens to report any issues related to this matter so that we can assess the extent of the problem and identify the obligations of institutions towards citizens.

Telephone numbers for reporting issues:

+381 65 9055305; +383 49 393974
