In the complicated political situation of North Kosovo, civil sector is doing important job compensating for institutional gaps and boosting practically non-existent private sector, but this work remains invisible to the wider public. In addition to this, civil sector absorbs a significant work force and crates serious professionals. Unfortunately, the question of who will create conditions for these professionals to continue working and living in the North remains.
On Thursday, January 28th NGO AKTIV and Center for peace and Tolerance will organise a conference on which we will present the policy brief on language rights in Kosovo.

NGO AKTIV has started the implementation of Point One, a KFOS-funded project with a purpose to establish and empower a trained group of analysts who will be capable of providing statistical analysis of data acquired through qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Another Mitrovica Social Club panel discussion will be organised this Saturday, January 16th 2016. A six-month program named EU Integration School was brought to a successful end at a certification ceremony organized in Civic Energy Center on December 22nd. Curriculum of School of EU Integration is divided into two modules: the basic and advanced level.
