NGO AKTIV is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual for the position of Program Coordinator, who will be responsible for implementing activities aimed at improving the rights of non-majority communities in Kosovo. Due to the need for a wider geographical outreach in terms of activities, there is flexibility in terms of the Program Coordinator’s duty station.

Requirements:

Minimum of three (3) years of professional working experience in NGO sector in Kosovo;
Knowledge of Kosovo’s civil society sector.
Familiarity with the Kosovo’s legal framework, particularly when it comes to the rights of non-majority communities and basic knowledge of Kosovo’s socio-political dynamics and issues/challenges affecting non-majority communities.
Sound organizational and administrative skills, particularly in terms of organizing and executing activities.
Fluency in the Serbian language is a must.
Working knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
Possession of a driver’s license is desirable, but not mandatory.
