Policy Paper on Non-Majority Communities and the Kosovo Government's Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic

NGO Aktiv has published a policy brief on the Kosovo government's response to the COVID-19 and its lack of effective communication and coordination with non-majority communities.  The paper highlights problems in terms of language issues and movement during the crisis.  You can read the paper in full here.
