NGO Aktiv launches the “ YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW!” informative campaign

The "You have the right to know!" is an informative campaign on the rights of members of non-majority communities within the Kosovo institutional context launched in October by NGO Aktiv. In fact, and despite a well-defined and comprehensive constitutional framework, members of non-majority communities in Kosovo not always are fully aware of their existing rights.

The ongoing online and offline awareness-raising campaign implemented by NGO Aktiv is the culminating part of the project “Advocacy on Issues of Crucial Importance to Non-Majority Communities” supported by the Olof Palme International Center and aims to shed light among Kosovo general public on the rights of members of non-majority communities. Through radio advertisements, online ads and an informative brochure available in Albanian, Serbian, Bosnian, Turkish and in Romani language, NGO Aktiv encourages the members of non-majority communities to learn about their rights and seek assistance from relevant local institutions if they believe there has been a violation of their constitutional rights.
