New Calls for Proposals for CSOs within AKT-LS program

USAID/Advancing Kosovo Together - Local Solutions (AKT - LS) is a three-year project aiming to increase constructive inter-ethnic cooperation and interaction, primarily between the majority Kosovo Albanian community and non-majority communities, which is vital to the security and stability of the Balkans. AKT-LS program is implemented in 16 municipalities with considerable presence of non-majority communities.

Within its Citizen Engagement Component AKT LS is inviting locally registered CSOs to submit applications for: 

1.      RFA/14 – Projects related to organizing small scale cultural and/or sport events not exceeding € 5,000 in value. 

2.    RFA/15 – Projects supporting registered CSOs and licensed media to implement media initiatives that inspire interethnic communication and interaction, promote youth cooperation and talents and create links between communities in values not exceeding € 20,000.

3.     RFA/16 – Projects aiming at establishment of Local Youth Action Councils (LYACs) in four Northern Municipalities (North Mitrovica, Zvečan/Zveqan, Leposavić/q and Zubin Potok) in value of up to € 40,000. 

Informative meetings with interested applicants will be organized according to the following schedule:

1.    Regional Community Resource Center (RCRC) in North Mitrovica, address: Čika Jovina no.13 on the 18th of October 2016 at 12:00 h.

2.    City Hall in Gračanica/Graçanicë Municipality, on the 19th of October 2016 at 10.00 h.
